Let’s face it; we all know the latest fad diet or magic pill won’t work in the long run. Now is the time to get fit with the help of an expert– a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Here at Nutrition Awareness, we do things a little differently from other plans or diets you may have followed in the past.

My goal is for my clients to never have to pay for another diet or meal plan again. I want to teach you strategies and habits to get you to a point where you can feel 100% comfortable and confident with yourself as well as competent to be able to wade through all the nutrition-related nonsense out there.

Initial Consultation:

This is the first step to a better you! In this one-hour appointment, we’ll discuss your specific health and nutrition needs as well as your ultimate goals, which will help us put together a plan that works specifically for you. $150

Follow-ups:

These 30 minute sessions are tailored to your specific program. A-la-carte follow-ups could include tweaking your macronutrient goals, determining your basal metabolic rate or developing a pre and post workout nutrition plan. $85

Packages

Jump-Start (1 month- 3 sessions): Initial consultation + 2 follow-up appointments + ongoing food journal analysis + weekly motivational online check-ins. $285 (Save $35)

Success (3 months- 5 sessions): Initial consultation + 4 follow-up appointments + ongoing food journal analysis + weekly motivational online check-ins. $435 (Save $55) 

New You (6 months- 9 sessions): Initial consultation + 8 follow-up appointments + ongoing food journal analysis + weekly motivational online check-ins. $755 (Save $75)
